Keighley and Ilkley MP Robbie Moore is to introduce a new version of his Local Authority Boundaries (Referendums) Bill to Parliament, which, if passed, will enable his constituents to hold a referendum to break the Keighley and Shipley constituencies away from Bradford Council.
