Robbie Moore MP said:
“After over three decades in business, Isherwood’s award couldn't be more well-deserved. It’s been a tough year, but David and Josh Isherwood and indeed the entire team at Isherwood’s are absolutely brilliant and received so many positive messages of support from voters right across our community — this award really is a testament to Isherwood’s place at the heart of Silsden.
A huge congratulations also to our area winners Clara’s Closet, Within The Wood and Raymond Town Menswear for taking the top spots at the local level. It was an honour to visit these fantastic local businesses and present them with their awards, and it just goes to show how much their customers and clients value their services.
As we enter 2025, it is so important that we recognise our small independent businesses for who they really are – the backbone of our community, and I urge everyone to continue to shop local!”
Speaking to customers on Social Media,
Isherwood’s Butchers said: “Thanks to all who voted for us, we are overwhelmed by your support once again. Also a big well done to all the other winners. But more importantly, a big appreciation to all the other small businesses, no matter which town you support. It's not easy even on the best of days, but we all welcome the custom from new and regular customers throughout the year. Keep supporting local businesses. Thanks to all.”
