Exclusively for the over 70s, Chesterton Court is home to privately-owned apartments with staff are on-site for 24 hours a day.
Commenting after the visit, Robbie Moore MP said:
“Many thanks indeed to the residents of Chesterton Court in Ilkley for kindly inviting me along this afternoon for a great conversation. It was great to give an overview of what life is like as a MP, current matters in Parliament and what I have been working on locally. It was also brilliant to hear from all about what they would like me to be focusing on.
Getting out and about and speaking to people is definitely the best part of the job.”
