Local MP Robbie Moore has launched a public survey to hear residents’ views on local health services across his constituency of Keighley and Ilkley.
Questions on the survey include residents’ satisfaction with GP services in the area, GP waiting times, access provision and hospital services at Airedale.
The local MP says he has received various pieces of correspondence relating to healthcare services over recent months. Launching his feedback survey, Mr Moore says he wants to hear from as many residents as possible so that “direct, up to date feedback” can be given by the local MP to Health Ministers, local Health Leaders and Stakeholders.
Mr Moore has recently met and spoken with local GPs, healthcare managers, those on the front line in A & E provision, commissionersand other key stakeholders within the healthcare sector, and wants to understand constituents’ views and personal experiences so that improvements can be made.

Speaking about his new health services survey, Robbie Moore MP said:
"Following meetings with a range of stakeholders across our local Health Sector, I want to hear your experiences, concerns, and priorities for our local health services within Keighley, Ilkley, Silsden, the Worth Valley and our wider area to ensure I'm speaking directly to the issues that matter most for you.
This survey will ensure that the feedback I continue to take to healthcare leaders and those in government is direct and up to date, so I ask residents for few moments of their time to fill in the survey and help me deliver the local health services we need.
I will continue to fight for better health services across our area, through engaging with local health stakeholders, raising concerns in Westminster regarding access to GP services, reducing waiting times and continuing to campaign for a rebuild of the Airedale Hospital.
It has been encouraging to see the government providing the biggest cash boost to the NHS in its history, taking total health spending to £192 billion, as well as hiring almost 4,000 more doctors and over 9,300 more nurses compared to last year.
However, more clearly needs to be done, and this survey is an opportunity to hear your views on improving our health services.
