Local MP Robbie Moore has praised organisers at Lees Methodist Church coffee morning in his first visit following the general election.
Speaking after his visit, Mr Moore said:
"It was brilliant to attend Lees Methodist Church monthly Coffee morning today - as my first visit since being re-elected as your Member of Parliament.
It's always great to catch up with everyone and have a good chat over a cup of coffe, and it was fantastic to see the scarecrows placed around Cross Roads - all of which was organised by the Friends of Lees Primary School.
A huge well done to all involved in organising such a fantastic community event!"
