Keighley-based firm Metro Taxis and TransCare Services have gifted a wheelchair accessible vehicle to attendees of day centre Staveley Court.
Free servicing will be also be provided by Autofast Fit Keighley for the four-seater Volkswagen Caddy, helping to allow safe and reliable transport for those who may otherwise struggle to travel to the day centre.
The vehicle will also help with planning day trips and activities that require travelling quite a distance from the centre.

"It is always fantastic to see our community coming together to make a positive difference to the lives of others, and I would like to pay tribute to Metro Taxis and TransCare Services for their incredible community effort in gifting this wheelchair-accessible vehicle to Staveley Court, as well as Autofast Fit Keighley for providing free servicing for the vehicle.
This donation will no doubt open up a world of opportunities for attendees at Staveley Court and give families peace of mind that their loved ones have access to safe and accessible transportation when travelling to the day centre.
